| We kindly advise you
to please carefully read the following terms and conditions
prior to any potential reservation. |
TERMS
FOR RESERVATIONS |
| All reservations in order to be accepted
and processed must initially be given in writing and be made
known to us either by fax, telex, post or email, and the clients
need to be supplied with the respective BesTours Greece Voucher
which will include the prospective number of people as well
as the respective services requested by them. |
| HOTELS
|
• All prices that are presented
on this tariff are per room per day, and include all available
services and taxes.
• All prices require a two night’s stay at least.
• Special offers that are periodically given out by the
hotels, cannot be included in this particular
tariff.
• In the case where there is only one night stay an additional
fee of 10.00 Euro will be added to the price
in order to cover processing fees.
• The hotels that are on the list, are selected by class,
location and price. Hotel classification in
specific categories, such as those mentioned on the Tarrifs/
Packages / promotionals, is the same as the
one determined by the hotel itself and it may be subject to
any changes at any time.
• All hotel rooms are evacuated at 14:00 pm and are given
access at 11:00 am regardless of client’s
arrival.
• Reservations are subject to availability at the moment
of inquiry. Accessibility to passengers depends
upon the assessment of the hotel itself unless, a specific room
category has been reserved/paid for, for the
respective passengers. In the event where the
hotel itself has overbooked and exceeded room availability,
Best Tours Greece reserves the right to replace
all confirmed rooms with the equivalent or a higher standard
rooms, and with absolutely no other form of
compensation on its behalf.
• We are also willing to make reservations for hotels
that are not listed on our tarrif. The respective
prices will be given out for each specific case.
• In case of cancellations the general cancellation terms
will be applied.
• Tariffs can be subject to changes without prior notice
• All content and information made available on our tariff
can be modified throughout the time of validity.

TIME
EXTENSION REQUESTS |
| • For any time extension on
a hotel reservation the least a 24 hours notice needs to be
given prior to the date of the departure and it’s
confirmation is subject to availability on the specific
hotel. The confirmation of the tariff and the notification will
be given when and only our agency receives the confirmation
notice from his suppliers. |
VOUCHERS |
| • Vouchers which we issue,
must include your full name, all available services which you
have previously requested and it must be presented
to the hotel / agent / or supplier upon your arrival.

TERMS
OF PAYMENTS |
A down payment of 30% on the total
amount due, is required upon confirmation of reservation and
the remaining 70% needs to be paid in full at least 7 days before
arrival. When you have paid off the full amount, you will then
be supplied with the respective voucher on which you will find
all details with the number of people along with service requests,
as they have been submitted during reservations.

CONFIRMATION
CHARGES |
All confirmed reservations / vouchers
have a 3e per person surcharge and it includes:
• Reservation adjustments, some cancellations and
re-confirmation services, special requests
and any other type of services pertaining to the specific reservation.

TERMS
FOR CANCELLATIONS |
| CANCELLATION FEES |
| The following terms will be implemented
in regard to cancellations: During the low season 01/05/02-30/06/02
and 16/09/02-30/10/02 all cancellations that will be submitted
within 1 to 7 days prior to client’s arrival will be incumbent
to a 25% charge on the total amount. When a cancellation takes
place 8 days or more, prior to client’s arrival then there will
be no incumbent charges whatsoever. During high season 01/0702-15/09/02
all cancellations that take place within 1 to 7 days prior to
client’s arrival will be incumbent to a 40 percent cancellation
fee. For cancellations that take place from 8 to 14 days prior
to clients arrival they will then be charged with a 25% on the
total amount. Cancellations that are submitted 15 days prior
to client’s arrival will not be affected by any incumbent charges.

| REIMBURSEMENTS |
For any change or adjustment concerning
the services, as it is also done with the respective vouchers,
you need to submit a written notice referring to those specific
changes and adjustments and get a confirmation by the responsible
parties (hoteliers, suppliers).
Any type of reimbursements, partial or in full will be forwarded
only upon the receival of the specific written requests and
within a weeks’ notice from the day of the client’s return. |
| CLAIMS – QUERIES |
Regarding any issue wich might
appear during the time on which you are subjected to any of
the services, you are responsible to report it immediately,
and we then will try to come up with the best possible solution.
Any claims – queries is required to be in writing and in detail,
and should be submitted to the responsible party during a clients’
stay. An exact copy of the written claims /queries must be given
to Bes Tour Greece at the earliest convenience, who, when they
carefully examine each case individually, they will then respond
to your questions within a reasonable amount of time. Claims
– queries in any other form will not be accepted. |
AGENT
RESPONSIBILITIES |
| BesTour greece, as an active operator,
plays the role of the mediator between the traveler and the
organizations – partners who are providers of the respective
services, as they appear on our tariff (transfer companies,
hotels, Airline companies, etc.) it is well understood that
BesTours Greece bears the sole responsibility for any of the
actions of it’s personnel, but it does not however bear any
responsibility for incidents like: loss of property, theft or
damages of luggage / items or any other type of problems such
as, exclusions, embargoes, accidents, injury, delays or irregularities
that will result from a cancellation, trip discontinuation due
to wheather conditions, strikes, war or any situation that is
beyond our control and is not possible to be handled by our
agency. |

asked to pay for something which has already been settled.
BUSINESS HOURS
When our office issues a voucher it means
that there is a subsequent acceptance of the aforementioned
terms and conditions and without any reservation on behalf of
the client. LEGAL
RESPONSIBILITIES – JURISDICTIONS
All terms and conditions herein mentioned
are subject to Greek Law. For any issues and clarifications
that need legal attention, first responder court, is the court
of Zante. |
