VILLAS:
The complex is comprised of 3 newly built (2004) furnished
residences with a private pool. There are two types of
residences: Two residences Each residence has a ground
and first floor and can house 5 or 6 people. The ground
floor is made up of a bedroom with a double bed, sitting
room-kitchen, television and bath. The first floor is
made up of one bedroom with two single beds and a W.C.
One residence This can house up to four people. It has
one bedroom the first floor along with a bath and on the
ground floor there is a sitting room with a fireplace,
kitchen and bath All the residences have:
Pool with lounge chairs and chairs for relaxing in the
sun. Mini bar, Balcony, Refrigerator, Direct telephone
line , Kitchen , Air Conditioning , Safety Deposit Box
, Radio , Hair Dryer , Satellite television ,Iron and
ironing board , DVD , Internet connection, Also children's
beds are available upon request.
FACILITIES:
So that your holidays can be easier, unique and unforgettable
we offer: Currency exchange
Sending and receiving faxes, Taxi service, Laundry service,
Film development and other amenities are available a few
meters away. There are banks in the city of Zakynthos.
There are supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, bars can
all be found around Kookis villas. The reception area
remains open from 7:30 am until 24:00 am. Visa and MasterCard
are accepted. Close to Kookis villas on Zakynthos there
are little taverns that serve traditional food from fresh
fish to rabbit stew and from local ladotyri (oil cheese)
to skordostoumbi (a garlic dish). The very good local
wine accompanies the traditional musical compositions.
The quaint little bars also place their own musical stamp
and are open from the daytime until late at night. That
is where visitors often times wait so that they can admire
the sunset.
