Kourou Villa Stone Houses is one of the villas of Zakynthos

The complex is located in the area between the historical
village of Tragaki (1,5km) and the famous holiday resort
of Tsilivi (1km) on Zakynthos. Our estate is at a distance
of 300m from the beautiful sandy beach of "Mpouka"
which has been awarded the blue flag as one of the cleanest
beaches with the clearest blue seas of the island. Just
500m away you can visit the "Gaidaros" bay where
you can buy fresh fish daily from the local fishermen

the warmth and cosy atmosphere makes us feel so intimate.
The decorative details in the interior take us back to
the past. The highly beautiful custom made beds of wood
or wrought iron with light fittings and canopies give
the essential romantic touch. The vivid traditional colours
on the walls, the elegant hanging mirrors and historical
gravures of Zante Island are exceptional. As for the linen,
the laced curtains and crocheted blankets are tasteful
needle worked pieces made by the women of the family.
All five individual cottages are of 100-120sqm and have
two storeys. Each cottage comprises of a spacious open
plan living room with sitting room, fireplace as well
as the dining room area with dining table for 4-8 people
and perfectly designed fully equipped kitchen.. On the
ground floor you can also find an extra bathroom and bedroom
with en suite, large verandas all around the house overlooking
the private gardens. A wooden staircase leads you up to
the first floor which consists of one or two large comfortable
bedrooms with single or double beds and en suite bathrooms,.
Private balconies look out over the surrounding landscape
offering panoramic views of the farm and nearby hills
of Zakynthos. HOUSE FACILITIES : Daily
